mu8ic is an AI-powered music generation platform that allows users to create royalty-free music for personal and commercial use. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate original music based on user prompts and preferences.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account using Google authentication. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Credits and Payments

4.1 Credit System

Music generation requires credits. Credits can be purchased through our platform and are non-refundable except as required by law.

4.2 Pricing

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Changes will not affect credits already purchased.

4.3 Failed Generations

If a music generation fails due to a system error, credits will be automatically refunded to your account.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Generated Content

Music generated through our Service is royalty-free. You retain the rights to use, modify, and distribute the music you create for both personal and commercial purposes, including YouTube videos, podcasts, games, and other media.

5.2 Service Content

All other content, features, and functionality of the Service (including but not limited to the website design, text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by mu8ic and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that violates any laws or regulations
  • Create music that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
  • Produce harmful, threatening, abusive, or hateful content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
  • Resell or redistribute credits or access to the Service

7. Content Guidelines

We reserve the right to refuse generation requests or remove content that violates our guidelines. This includes content that promotes violence, discrimination, illegal activities, or infringes on third-party rights.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MU8IC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Unused credits may be forfeited upon termination for cause.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
